Every year, many patients with fever of unknown origin, tropical diseases or parasitic diseases, fungal infections, viral infections and other bacterial infections are clarified and treated. We also have extensive experience in the organization and implementation of outpatient, intravenous antimicrobial therapies (e.g. for heart valve inflammation and bone inflammation, which can often only be cured with weeks or months of intravenous antibiotics). Patients with inflammatory diseases without an infectious cause, such as familial Mediterranean fever, are also treated in the infectious diseases outpatient clinic. There is also a special outpatient clinic that specializes in chronic wounds.
